The following itinerary follows the planned route and operational schedule. Actual timings may change according to weather, visibility, permissions and operational conditions.

Arrival & Dehradun Briefing

Reporting at Dehradun • Preparation for the helicopter journey

Day 01

Arrive at Dehradun according to the scheduled reporting instructions. Pickup can be arranged from the airport, railway station or bus stand, subject to arrival timing. The team will complete the required briefing and journey formalities before the pilgrimage begins.

Arrival and transfer as per the assigned schedule.

Briefing Approximately 19:00 Hrs

Mandatory briefing and operational instructions.

Baggage Duffel bag distribution

Required baggage and packing instructions are explained.

Overnight stay Dehradun

Rest before the first helicopter sector.

Passenger body weight is taken during the reporting process. Please follow the operator’s baggage and weight instructions.

Dehradun → Kharsali → Yamunotri

First Dham • Yamunotri temple darshan

Day 02

After breakfast and check-out, proceed from Sahastradhara towards Kharsali by helicopter. From Kharsali, continue towards Yamunotri for temple darshan. The Yamunotri visit involves a trek and should be planned with suitable footwear, clothing and personal preparation.

Sahastradhara to Kharsali.

Temple visit Yamunotri Darshan

Approximately 05 hours 30 minutes round trip.

Trek Approx. 6 km one way

Allow adequate time and carry essentials.

Overnight stay Kharsali

Return and rest after the Yamunotri visit.

Palki or pony arrangements at Yamunotri are subject to availability and the applicable local arrangements.

Kharsali → Jhalla / Harsil → Gangotri

Second Dham • Gangotri darshan and local sightseeing

Day 03

After breakfast, check out from Kharsali and fly towards Jhalla/Harsil. From the stay location, proceed for Gangotri temple darshan. Depending on the schedule and local conditions, time may also be available for nearby sightseeing.

After breakfast at Kharsali.

Helicopter sector ETD 09:00 • ETA 09:30

Kharsali to Jhalla/Harsil.

Temple visit Gangotri Darshan

Approximately 03 hours 30 minutes round trip.

Additional activity Local sightseeing

Subject to time, weather and local conditions.

Overnight stay Harsil / Jhalla

Relax and prepare for the Kedarnath sector.

Jhalla / Harsil → Sersi → Kedarnath

Third Dham • Kedarnath temple darshan

Day 04

Depart from Harsil towards Sersi by helicopter. At Sersi, board the designated shuttle for Kedarnath. Complete the temple darshan and return according to the assigned movement schedule.

Harsil to Sersi.

Shuttle transfer Sersi to Kedarnath

Approximately 7 minutes by shuttle.

Temple visit Kedarnath Darshan

Approximately 2 hours, subject to crowd and access conditions.

Return movement Kedarnath → Sersi

Follow the assigned shuttle and reporting instructions.

Overnight stay Sersi

Rest before the Badrinath sector.

Kedarnath shuttle movement and darshan access remain subject to the local operating schedule and prevailing conditions.

Sersi → Badrinath → Mana Village

Fourth Dham • Badrinath darshan and sightseeing

Day 05

Begin the final Dham sector from Sersi to Badrinath. After arrival, complete hotel check-in and breakfast, followed by Badrinath temple darshan. If the schedule permits, visit Mana Village for local sightseeing.

Sersi to Badrinath.

Approximately 1 to 1.5 hours.

Overnight stay Badrinath

Final overnight stay of the pilgrimage.

Badrinath → Sahastradhara / Dehradun

Return journey • Departure transfers

Day 06

After an early check-out, depart from Badrinath towards Sahastradhara. On arrival at Dehradun, onward transfer to the airport, railway station or bus stand can be arranged according to the departure plan and available timings.

Early morning departure preparation.

Helicopter sector ETD 07:00 • ETA 08:00

Badrinath to Sahastradhara.

Arrival point Sahastradhara / Dehradun

Completion of the helicopter itinerary.

Onward transfer Airport / Railway / Bus Stand

Transfer according to the assigned departure schedule.

Please plan onward travel with sufficient buffer because helicopter timings can change due to operational conditions.
